CYCLING FROM LONDON TO HONG KONG
ADVENTURE - CULTURE - ENVIRONMENT - FOOD

In April 2015 we, Julia Mason and Bethany Martin, will start our journey from London, UK to Hong Kong by bicycle.

Our aims:

  • Raise awareness of impacts of food waste through events, education and a social media campaign.

  • Write a book and produce a documentary (series of shorts) about our journey, the cultures and food we experience.

  • To embrace the importance of food around the world and raise funds to support Feedback Global, Feeding Hong Kong and Food Angel.

  • Highlight and break down common misconceptions about different people and cultures across the world.

Forks on Wheels are supporting three organisations that share our values - encourage sustainable use of land, reduction in food waste and improved global food security.
