France and Belgium

We will enter France via the ferry at Calais and travel along the France-Belgium border for approximately 4 days. With opportunities to explore the French food markets in Lille. The ride through the industrial suburbs to Lille will be relatively flat and then climbs will increase as we enter the Ardennes. We will have to be wary of access to shops

We are really excited to join the Danube river in Ulm, which we will be following through Austria, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania (hopefully make navigation easier!).
